How we work

Responsibilities and decision points are made clear from the first enquiry through final handover.

1

Initial brief

We collect the cargo, HS code if known, weight, dimensions, packing, origin, destination, value, Incoterm and target timing.

2

Feasibility and compliance

We check cargo eligibility, permits, route restrictions, border conditions and service availability.

3

Written proposal

We state the scope, proposed route, assumptions, required documents, estimated cost and timing window in writing.

4

Approval and contract

Work begins after responsibilities, payment, insurance, Incoterms and change or cancellation terms are agreed.

5

Execution and reporting

Bookings, documents, transport and formalities are tracked at key milestones, with exceptions reported promptly.

6

Handover and close-out

After handover, final documents and the account are provided and any open item is identified.
